Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nalèa XoXo! We are dedicated to delivering your beautiful luxury celebration boxes, custom jewelry, and personalized gifts safely and efficiently.
Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized just for you, please review our processing and shipping timelines below.
1. Processing & Production Times

Standard Stock Items: Processed and packed within 1–2 business days.

Personalized & Custom Merchandise: Since these items require custom printing or hand-crafting, please allow [3–5] business days for production before your order is handed over to our courier partner.
Please note: Production and shipping do not run on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted, reliable door-to-door courier services. Once your package is packed and leaves our hands, standard delivery timelines apply:

Note: Delivery to remote or regional areas outside main city centers (like Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) may take an additional 1–2 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
The moment your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your parcel. You can track its journey directly on the courier partner's portal.
4. Direct Bank Transfers (Instant EFT)
If you settle your order via bank transfer or Instant EFT (such as Ozow), your order processing clock will begin as soon as payment confirmation is received.
5. Delivery Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at supportl@naleaxoxo.com or via WhatsApp at 0632294414.
We can easily update your address as long as your order has not been dispatched. Once the parcel is with the courier, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery routing.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
Your luxury boxes and gifts are packed with the utmost care. However, if your package arrives damaged during transit, or if it does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at returns@naleaxoxo.com so we can look into it and resolve it for you immediately.
